As always, the hair salon was clean snd the staff is very courteous . Sheila greeted me with a big smile and gave me an excellent haircut. She is very professional and ensures that I'm good throughout the entire experience. I can absolutely say I was very satisfied leaving the salon. Sheila is definitely the best.

This salon definitely lives up to the hype. My stylist surpassed my expectations. And my expectations were high honey. Not only did my hair to not beautiful, but the journey to get there was beautiful as well. All of the staff is friendly. The environment is beautiful and comfortable. My stylist was gentle with my hair. Which I love. And she taught me a lot about my hair type and the products that will work best for my hair. 10 out of 10 I have no complaints.

I absolutely loved the scalp and neck massage while being shampooed and I felt they were very thorough! I felt very welcomed and everyone was very kind. My hair stylist was very precise and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left looking great! So incredibly thankful to have a hair salon like this in Chinatown. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. :)

What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

The salon has a great decor. Everything is really cute. I got there 15 minutes early for my appointment (the late policy scared me) and wasn't seen until 15 minutes after my appointment started. The hair stylist was apologetic and they communicated with me throughout the process. Once the appointment started, it went very well. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I received an actual consultation and recommendations for products to help my dry scalp and boost my natural curl pattern. Patrice cut my hair and did an amazing job. I'm impressed and excited for the hair journey!

Decode Salon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an outstanding experience at Decode Salon, located at 210 Centre Street, New York 10013. The Professionalism of Qiu, Debbie provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. I opted for the Milbon Japanese hair treatment, Hair Color, and weeks after keratin treatment, and I very happy with the results. Qiu’s expertise shone through as he expertly assessed my hair's needs recommended the best treatments for me. The Milbon treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft and revitalized, while the Keratin treatment. I highly recommend!

My 10 year old daughter with curly hair saw Mino today for a hair cut. She loves the cut and looks incredible. He was gentle and patient with her and we definitely plan on continuing to see him in the future. Maria gave me a curly cut which I absolutely love. After a bad experience at another salon, this is exactly what I needed. Maria listens to you and takes her time to deliver the look you want while offering her expertise and great style. I had a 10:15 am appointment for a silk press +trim and was taken it right when I got there. Raven was my stylist and she did an amazing job. I felt very comfortable on her chair, she listened to me, gave tips and answered questions about maintaining my hair style as well as healthy hair. The salon is so cute, 2000s R&B playing, just a great vibe.
