Every time Alla does my hair, I’m never disappointed. She knows exactly what I want and like. She’s extremely talented with her work and deserves so much more appreciation. I can wear a blindfold and let her do my hair, absolutely trust my hair in her hands. I get so many compliments and firstly, I feel great myself walking out the salon.

This salon definitely lives up to the hype. My stylist surpassed my expectations. And my expectations were high honey. Not only did my hair to not beautiful, but the journey to get there was beautiful as well. All of the staff is friendly. The environment is beautiful and comfortable. My stylist was gentle with my hair. Which I love. And she taught me a lot about my hair type and the products that will work best for my hair. 10 out of 10 I have no complaints.

Stylist was very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely be returning. The salon space was welcoming and clean. I booked a wash and style and absolutely loved the way my hair turned out. Also, the parking isn’t too bad just come maybe 15 minutes early.

The salon has a great decor. Everything is really cute. I got there 15 minutes early for my appointment (the late policy scared me) and wasn't seen until 15 minutes after my appointment started. The hair stylist was apologetic and they communicated with me throughout the process. Once the appointment started, it went very well. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I received an actual consultation and recommendations for products to help my dry scalp and boost my natural curl pattern. Patrice cut my hair and did an amazing job. I'm impressed and excited for the hair journey!

I had a great experience from the time I walked into the salon. The place was nice and inviting. I was offered a nice cup of tea, which I appreciated. My service with Lauren was wonderful—she asked me questions about my hair and if I had any concerns. I was worried about how my hair would turn out since I have been experiencing excessive shedding, but it came out great. I will definitely be coming back.

My first time visiting the H2 Salon Brooklyn and I had a wonderful experience, everyone was friendly and professional. My stylist JahLena was patient, empathetic, knowledgeable and super sweet. I didn’t feel rushed or judged and she took her time to learn about my hair journey and experiences. H2 is such an thorough, welcoming, and private salon. As a Muslim woman I wanted a salon that could accommodate me and they were more than happy to work with me since before I set foot in-person. JahLena was a dream. She is knowledgeable, kind, fast yet careful, and a great time. This was my first time there, and I cannot wait to come back and continue my hair journey with H2! Loved the experience. Salon was immaculate and well maintained. My stylist Geneva gave me exactly what I wanted. She made me feel very comfortable and I could tell by the way she explained things that she was very knowledgeable about coloring hair.
