I love pressed studios!!! CeeCee is a doll. The only stylist I’ve been to who’s been very professional and punctual. She’s never been late and she always finished me and my daughters hair early. This salon definitely lives up to the hype. My stylist surpassed my expectations. And my expectations were high honey. Not only did my hair to not beautiful, but the journey to get there was beautiful as well. All of the staff is friendly. The environment is beautiful and comfortable. My stylist was gentle with my hair. Which I love. And she taught me a lot about my hair type and the products that will work best for my hair. 10 out of 10 I have no complaints.

I had the most incredible experience at Pressed Studio! First visit and I will now be a regular client. I had a photoshoot in Brooklyn for my website and CeCe did an amazing job styling my hair. I received so many compliments! My fabulous hair looked just as amazing the next day. THRILLED with the results. Also, Cece was friendly and really listened to what I wanted - then delivered! The salon has a great decor. Everything is really cute. I got there 15 minutes early for my appointment (the late policy scared me) and wasn't seen until 15 minutes after my appointment started. The hair stylist was apologetic and they communicated with me throughout the process. Once the appointment started, it went very well. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I received an actual consultation and recommendations for products to help my dry scalp and boost my natural curl pattern. Patrice cut my hair and did an amazing job. I'm impressed and excited for the hair journey!

What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

I had a great experience from the time I walked into the salon. The place was nice and inviting. I was offered a nice cup of tea, which I appreciated. My service with Lauren was wonderful—she asked me questions about my hair and if I had any concerns. I was worried about how my hair would turn out since I have been experiencing excessive shedding, but it came out great. I will definitely be coming back.

I am in awe of this salon. Every part of my experience was delightful. I have intentionally avoided salons for the past few years because of some horrible experiences. I felt like the pain, tension, and breakage wasn’t worth the styles I wanted, and I would always leave feeling dissatisfied. The experience I had today felt healing. The process was seamless, relaxing, and fun!! The stylists are charismatic and incredibly talented. Not to mention the delicious mimosas!! It was my first sew in and I don’t think I’ll ever look back. Best hair day ever. My confidence is restored

My hair came out so beautiful. Such a great salon. I’m a loyalist for life.

Second time getting my hair washed and braided by Imani. Service is always profession and within the allotted time that is quoted. The health of my hair continues to improve as well, Imani is very gentle when handling my hair when detangling and braiding! I’ve had wig installs, with and without closures as well as wash and goes done by CeCe and have loved the styles and services as well so I was happy to see the braid service added to the menu. So happy with this salon!

I had a 10:15 am appointment for a silk press +trim and was taken it right when I got there. Raven was my stylist and she did an amazing job. I felt very comfortable on her chair, she listened to me, gave tips and answered questions about maintaining my hair style as well as healthy hair. The salon is so cute, 2000s R&B playing, just a great vibe.

Jalisa gave me a beautiful silk press and trim. She was so attentive and detail oriented. She’s a great communicator and I felt so comfortable and well-taken care of! My silk press is so gorgeous and I learned a lot about my hair from her. I would book her again in a heartbeat, this is the best my hair has looked after a salon visit. Thank you, Jalisa!!

CeCe will get you together. So far I’ve gotten wig installs, a full weave and a wash and go at Pressed and have left the salon smiling each time. My hair is getting healthier with each visit too.

This amazing black owned salon is an experience its self. From the cleanliness to the ambiance and the hospitality! You’re greeted and welcomed by amazing staff and high quality service. I’ve had the pleasure of booking with my hairstylist Cara, twice and Tash Blaque and every time I’m pleased and blown away with the experience I received. Cara is such a pleasant spirit and an even better hairstylist. She’s experienced and loves to make sure her client leaves content and satisfied. I booked the sew in experience and received a wash and set, blow out and styling with my ready installed weave.

I am so happy to have found a salon that is able and willing to get my hair back to health!!!!
