I had the most amazing experience with Candyce at Jamal Amal Hair Salon! In which from the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed and at ease. She truly understands hair and took the time to listen to what I wanted, offering expert advice along the way. The end result was beyond my expectations. In all honesty my hair has never looked or felt better! Whiles on the other hand her attention to detail, skill, and warm coupled with her personality made the entire appointment such a joy. As always, the hair salon was clean snd the staff is very courteous . Sheila greeted me with a big smile and gave me an excellent haircut. Genuinely the best haircut I’ve gotten in NYC. I’ve gone to quite a few different salons dedicated to curly hair, including traveling all the way to Jersey to get a proper cut. And in all instances I’ve left underwhelmed, with a cut that was not what I had asked for. This experience was the exact opposite! She took the time to take into account the different curl patterns I have, my daily styling routine, what I wanted and what was achievable. I left the appointment looking and feeling amazing! For anyone out there with 3c hair who has struggled to find a proper cut, definitely visit Chi!

I love pressed studios!!! CeeCee is a doll. The only stylist I’ve been to who’s been very professional and punctual. She’s never been late and she always finished me and my daughters hair early. This salon definitely lives up to the hype. My stylist surpassed my expectations. And my expectations were high honey. Not only did my hair to not beautiful, but the journey to get there was beautiful as well. All of the staff is friendly. The environment is beautiful and comfortable. My stylist was gentle with my hair. Which I love. And she taught me a lot about my hair type and the products that will work best for my hair. 10 out of 10 I have no complaints.

Decode Salon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an outstanding experience at Decode Salon, located at 210 Centre Street, New York 10013. The Professionalism of Qiu, Debbie provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. I opted for the Milbon Japanese hair treatment, Hair Color, and weeks after keratin treatment, and I very happy with the results. Qiu’s expertise shone through as he expertly assessed my hair's needs recommended the best treatments for me. The Milbon treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft and revitalized, while the Keratin treatment. I highly recommend!
