Ena is an artist! She really took her time with my hair which I appreciate. I had red hair from another salon prior and she helped me highlight and lighten my hair without damaging it. Will be going back!

My husband and I had a hair cut by Rex he is amazing very professional. He takes his times with you to make sure that your hair is perfect. Everyone there are very polite and professional. This is our third time there and it’s great each time.

Giulia knocked it out of the park! She took my dry, damaged, long hair and make it look healthy, chic, and modern. She did an excellent job communicating with me as to what she was going to do, how much she was going to cut, etc. which I definitely appreciated since I wanted to remain as much length as possible. I found my new salon!

Everyone at the salon was very nice and welcoming. I was even offered a coffee when I arrived! Hairdresser Sandra was very knowledgeable and gave me a beautiful curly haircut. The hair washing experience was also amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing work - Ryan and team’s service really blows me away every time. I travel to flushing just for them. The hair color and cut is fantastic and curated to you. He especially knows how to match Asian skin tone as well!

Giulia is an absolute hair goddess. She knows what colors & cuts will look gorgeous on those who visit her salon, & is so focused on making sure the person in her chair has the best experience & end result possible. Giulia, is a stylist that cares, listens and executes. As a new first time clien, she made me feel so welcomed, comfortable and at home especially in the neighboorhood. Her salon is small and intimate which I love, she is very transparent, compassionate, patient and understanding. Moving forward, she will be my permanent ♾ hairstylist. Giulia is amazing! I've been going to her for over a year and she has done truly amazing work with my hair. I had black hair and she was able to lighten my hair color without damaging it. She is very professional, caring and listens to her clients. The salon is very clean and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend giving her a try! I had a wonderful experience at Decode salon. It is a very relaxing, spa-like environment with comfortable chairs. The staff is amazing! They are the most skilled and talented at their craft. They care about your wants and needs while giving you their professional recommendations to further enhance your look. They are also kind and look after your well being, offering snacks, drinks, and takeout. I will keep returning, because I have never experienced this level of skill and kindness anywhere else!

I removed my micro blading with Lili, and the result was so exceptional! I was told by others that it would take more than 3 sessions. However, she was able to remove almost all of it by only one session!! I was hesitant to come to her main location in queens since I’m located in Manhattan, but I’m so happy I did, as she has more laser options in the queens location. Not to mention it only took about 30 minuets! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs tattoo/ micro blading removal. Thank you!!!

its my first time at haiier salon and got a lovely hair cut from this place! my hair is very thick yet ryan took his time to perfect it. the place is not overcrowded and fast paced like other hair salons in flushing. I enjoyed my time thoroughly and will come back!
