She truly understands hair and took the time to listen to what I wanted, offering expert advice along the way. The end result was beyond my expectations. Roberto is always great. I don’t do the same style every time for my short hair and he’s always happy to try something new for me. He also gives good advice when I can’t decide between some styles. The salon is always clean and they have good products for hair wash and style.

Genuinely the best haircut I’ve gotten in NYC. I’ve gone to quite a few different salons dedicated to curly hair, including traveling all the way to Jersey to get a proper cut. And in all instances I’ve left underwhelmed, with a cut that was not what I had asked for. This experience was the exact opposite! She took the time to take into account the different curl patterns I have, my daily styling routine, what I wanted and what was achievable. I left the appointment looking and feeling amazing! For anyone out there with 3c hair who has struggled to find a proper cut, definitely visit Chi!

They did a great job with my hair color. The salon is decorated nicely and the staff was welcoming. It was confusing which side to go in, as one side is presented as a separate barber shop business, but that door was open and I was told to wait there. They told me the service my Groupon was for wouldn't be right for my hair, and I should do a different service, but wouldn't get the discount and would have to pay an additional fee. I went with that option as it made the most sense to me. The staff hardly spoke to me at all during the service and may not speak much English, but they were friendl

My experience visiting Domi hair salon. Was amazing and friendly. Jocelyn is such a character her personality is beyond. She takes good care of the clients. She does the way the client ask. And she is very gentle with her hands. Omg super duper. I love her hands. Her hands 🙌🏻are an angel 😇 She is beyond with everything to wax to facials etc. I love ❤️ her place. I gave 5 stars ✨ because she deserves a good review and her doing Brazilian wax amazing. 🤩 And I can’t complain at all. She did amazing job picking out the best color that would blend with my natural hair color and it turned out better than expected!
