This is my first time at Coven Salon and I chose Ciera due to her specialty in pixie cuts. I decided to go shorter than I ever have and also decided to try a new hair stylist (I've been with mine for 15 years), and let me tell you I was not disappointed. My hair not only looks amazing, I felt so comfortable and Cierra is the most amazing person. She made my hair ideas work for me and took all the things I showed her and talked me through what she was doing. And 10/10 head massage!! Will be a die heart Coven customer!

Ciera was amazing! Instead of trying to talk me out of a crazy new look I wanted she took the time to help figure out the best way to make it work! I felt like I was actually collaborating with her to get the result I was after. I love my new look! Will always recommend Coven Salon! 10/10

Today was my first time at LoX my hair stylist was Chris. The staff was super friendly and Chris did an amazing job!! This was first time at LoX and I have finally found my forever hair stylist and hair salon!!!

Always a wonderful experience with Ciera! Going to the hair salon used to be very anxiety inducing for me until I started getting my hair done with her. I can trust her and know that I will leave the salon happy with my hair.

10/10!!!! So fun. So stress-free. SUCH A CUTE HAIRCUT!!!! Ciera is extremely friendly and made my first salon experience a memorable one! The other people at Coven were extremely kind and helpful when I went to the wrong place. Highly, highly recommend Ciera and Coven Salon!!

Great as always! Everyone is so friendly & Lizz always does an absolutely excellent job. While I haven't been to any of the other stylists, I can see all the stellar work they do on their clients so it's clear they are all very talented and dedicated. No other salon has ever managed to make my hair look this amazing. All the Chi products they use are top of the line so when you walk in, you don't smell that typical salon chemical smell and they are cruelty-free & not tested on animals. The atmosphere is warm & inviting & going is a wonderful way to pamper yourself. Thanks so much, LOX. <3

I'm SO pleased with the experience I had at Coven. It was exactly the kind of energy I've been looking for. Ciera was so sweet and personable, and you can tell the staff enjoys each other. From start to finish, everything about my appointment today was just so refreshing and positive-- I actually felt lighter leaving the salon. I can't stop smiling at my hair. The fact that Ciera walked me through EVERYTHING she was doing to style my hair and why was such a welcome difference to my previous salon encounters. I've just been excited all day, and cannot recommend this salon enough.

Ciera is so cool and very knowledgeable. She cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted it and gave me stellar advice on how to get my hair healthy again. I feel very comfortable at Coven Salon and adore Ciera.

Kris is the best! He cut my hair exactly as I had described to him. He was careful to cut in increments that ensured he didn't take off more than I desired and he was concerned with my total satisfaction. Would highly recommend!
