Chantel was amazing. She cut my hair perfectly, understood what I wanted and did an excellent job. I previously got my hair cut by Tonya and she did such a bad job that I was going to look for another salon. Thankfully Chantel saved the Federation's reputation and retained me as a client.

Very professional. Very clean. Amazing work. First time I have done something to my hair at a salon since 2018 and I believe I have found my forever salon. Rosélle did my balayage and it turned out absolutely amazing. I gave her free reign because I wasn't sure what would best suit me, my hair type and hair texture. I am extremely glad I did because she worked magic and made something that best suited my hair and me. I honestly feel like a better more alive me after getting my hair done here. It is truly a gem and I recommend Rosélle to anyone wanting to get a balayage/ombre done.

This is the second review in only a few weeks - but honestly , after getting my hair done AGAIN at The Federation with Chantel I look like a different person, also I have NEVER left the salon without many many compliments from random strangers while walking back to my car - so having a tough day ? Bad break up? Work stressing you out ? Need a change?Go here !!

I have been searching for a good salon for so long and think I found it. Went and saw the stylist Renata Ramiah and couldn't be happier that I chose her. Thanks for making me feel at ease and for making magic with my super curly hair. I love the cut and you knew exactly what I meant. You did a super fantastic job. I will definitely recommend her. Our experience was amazing and the lady felicity who did Keas hair was extremely good and patient with her, very gentle too we definitely found a home for Kea hair. However in future I think she might need to cut her very long nails as it does not present a hygienic look considering she’s handling very sensitive scalps for kids, other than that I am an extremely happy customer and will be coming back

It was superb 👌 and I would recommend volumicious to anyone. The service is out of this world, its a hair clinic but you feel like you're in a day Spa...you feel pampered. You are offered something to drink and all the staff members are so friendly.
