Chantel was amazing. She cut my hair perfectly, understood what I wanted and did an excellent job. I previously got my hair cut by Tonya and she did such a bad job that I was going to look for another salon. Thankfully Chantel saved the Federation's reputation and retained me as a client.

Very professional. Very clean. Amazing work. First time I have done something to my hair at a salon since 2018 and I believe I have found my forever salon. Rosélle did my balayage and it turned out absolutely amazing. I gave her free reign because I wasn't sure what would best suit me, my hair type and hair texture. I am extremely glad I did because she worked magic and made something that best suited my hair and me. I honestly feel like a better more alive me after getting my hair done here. It is truly a gem and I recommend Rosélle to anyone wanting to get a balayage/ombre done.

This is the second review in only a few weeks - but honestly , after getting my hair done AGAIN at The Federation with Chantel I look like a different person, also I have NEVER left the salon without many many compliments from random strangers while walking back to my car - so having a tough day ? Thabisile is gentle with undoing singles, treatment and especially blow drying hair. Happy daughter, happy Mama.

Loved her hair, they followed my request of not using heat on her natural hair and the braids turned out amazing

The service was great, the only thing I didn’t like was my daughter wasn’t comfortable afterwards because the hair was too tight. I could also tell from seeing it the first time that it was sore. The hair stylists must be more gentle and not pull especially for kids, personal preference is for my child to be as comfortable as possible and still look pretty.

Great experience I was in and out in 30 mins...just washing and blowing dry my hair.

I have very dry, brittle hair but as soon as Renata touches my hair, it comes alive 🤩🤩. I have tried various treatments at this salon and have always left the salon as a happy customer . Definitely give her a try.
