Magnus was kind and helpful with showing me a set of exercises to do at home while I video'd him. Magnus, has a great sense of touch to detect tensions, tightness in the muscles, allows him to apply the right amount of pressure in his massage. Very thorough and he took the time to find out about my rotator cuff tear-impressive! This is my second massage with Magnus, highly recommend him. Having problems sleeping with shoulder problem, slept really well the first time and I am hoping to sleep well tonight!! Thanks Magnus
