Clare is a warm friendly lady who makes you feel at ease right from the start. She has an extensive portfolio and it shows in what she does. I had a 1 hour massage (which was supposed to be a relaxing soothing massage) which turned out so full of lumps that relaxing went right out the window and serious pressure was applied. Thank you Clare because the next day I felt amazing, purely because you know what you are doing. I'll be back.

Had a beautiful relaxing massage, I feel relaxed and ready for a deep sleep! I absolutely love coming here, my only wish was I could be pampered like this daily 🤣 Tracey makes such a difference to my life after a treatment! Resetting me and giving me a fresh feeling! absolutely amazing experience as always with my lovely neighbour Tracey x I had the Oct Special Sensory Retreat yesterday and it really set me up for the day. I had deep tissue massage, combined with lymphatic drainage on abdomen, ahead of my fitness modeling competition. Clare was able to loosen all the knots in my back, relieves tight muscles, she also worked deep on my fascia. I left loosened, relaxed, and relieved. Already booked in another session! 10 stars! ☺️☺️

my first ever facial at the grand age of 50!! i was very anxious but was immediately put at ease by all of the lovely, friendly staff!! sophie did my facial and also gave me a hand massage which really eased my hand pain that i suffer from. my skin feels wonderful and my spirits are lifted. she was great, making sure my experience was a very positive one and very attentive. i am looking forward to my next appointment here . would highly recommend

Very professional, and very good at a sports massage. If you are marathon training a spots massage on the legs is a game changer .

Just enjoyed my first trip to beautiful retreat and I loved it. Did a taster on a mini massage and a mini facial. Was absolutely worth it. Was an hour well spent. A pure treat and I would definitely recommend and will be looking out for all other specials to book myself onto. Thank you x
