The salon is lovely and clean. Great massage chairs. Pedicure was lovely, however I wouldn't say it was a foot massage..rather just putting on some lotion. Parking is tricky and they needed Mr to get cash as the account wasn't working so maybe check before hand.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere greeted me as Holly introduced herself and explained everything in detail. We discussed my needs, and she recommended the most suitable massage for me. The room was cozy, with soothing scents and calming sounds. Holly applied just the right pressure to relieve the tension and knots in my shoulders and back. I’m a bit sore today, but that’s to be expected. I highly recommend this wonderful space!

The most wonderful experience with haus massage today - she was so warm and inviting and made me feel comfortable right away. I had the full massage and lymphatic facial which was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had! She was so attentive and didn’t leave anything out - the pressure was perfect and I felt so zen walking out. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a 5 star treatment, I will definitely be back!

I decided to seek out a massage for relaxation purposes following preparations in recent weeks to emigrate from the UK. From start to finish my experience was delightful, from the introductory fact-finding to the therapy itself the whole experience was just great. Amazing massage jess and Jen were so welcoming and accommodating.we arrived 20 minutes late but it was no issue.we had a couples massage which run over the hour we paid for and having had many sport/hotel massages this was probably the best.cant speak highly enough of service.we will definitely be back

I have tried 3 other massage places in Cardiff and this is by far the very best! I have been here twice now in the last 2 weeks for 2 x 2 hour massages. I had a hot stone massage with Jess the first time and today a deep tissue massage with Jane - they are both so lovely and amazing at their job! Jane is so strong, the pressure of the massage was just perfect (quite often people aren’t strong enough To do deep tissue) - fantastic and will definitely be back! Thank you - April xx
