I saw Laura today for a Maintenance Appt involving Deep Tissue Massage and Magical Cupping. She identifies the areas that need work very quickly and sets about improving your muscle function and length. I always leave the Therapy Barn feeling six inches taller and ten years younger. I cannot recommend Laura enough - I would be lost without her.

Mal is a miracle worker. I was about to resort to surgery having exhausted every other avenue for the pain in my shoulder. I can honestly say that I hardly ever think about the pain now. The combination of massage, cupping and exercises has pretty much cured it. Highly recommend him.

Have now had three pregnancy massages here after moving to the area from London. I always come away feeling as if I am floating on a cloud, enjoy the personal touches like the offering of water, the AMAZING aromatherapy smells that are safe and specific to my stage in pregnancy. It’s also nice to have my dignity maintained at all times and cannot wait to come for my next massage which will be a postnatal one! Never having had a Hot stone massage before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, (normally I go for deep tissue therapy) What an eye opener Rachael is a delight very professional & reassuring explaining all the time what she was doing & if the pressure heat etc were ok. The treatment room was an oasis of calm & amazing smells. The massage was a total hour long pleasure Left feeling all relaxed & unknotted Told Rachael, if I was rich, I’d have one every day Would definitely recommend
