Holly targeted key areas which needed working on and really helped to loosen up those areas. She was really good at communicating throughout and put me at ease. She also gave me a couple of exercises to follow up with. All in all, a great massage.

Second visit to Chris ( and only my second ever massage ) and the new set up in the cabin was great. Very comfortable and an all round good experience. I shall be booking in again soon.

Louise is brilliant! She listens and takes note of everything before making her assessments and working her magic. I’ve had acupuncture, hybrid hot stone massage and cupping. She will work with you to find the right treatment and make recommendations for what will work best.

Absolutely fantastic. I was in desperate need of a sports massage on my shoulders and Chris was brilliant. Really friendly and knowledgable and the massage was exactly what I needed to release tension and knots. I will definitely be booking again to keep on top of it. I am genuinely made up to have found Chris and this level of sports massage in the local area.
