Had Winter special, back and head massage plus facial by the wonderful Amy. Hard to get myself up of the heated bed as so relaxed. Finished off with a lemon shot amd Women's Power tea. Fantastic ♥️💆‍♀️😌

From the post booking call through to the massage itself Rico was amazing. So kind and thoughtful. I booked in at the MMA gym (which isn’t for everyone, but I gym here and love it). I had knee replacement surgery a year ago, Rico had done his homework and managed to work out my kinks and also gave me some stretching homework to do before the next appointment (of which I’m sure there will be many!). Brilliant, thank you so much Rico!

The best massage I ever had (I’ve had many). I got the hot stone and Indian head massage. From the moment I stepped foot into the spa I was greeted with a hot pot of tea whilst I waited. Unbelievable experience, I will deffinatley be back! Thank you :) x

I walked into Maitri today feeling low & full of muscular pain & left feeling so much better & so chilled out! 🤗 I had an amazing mini back, neck & shoulder massage & a lush express facial by Kerrie who was so friendly & professional ☺️ I feel so much better & looking forward to my next therapy! Amazing facial and massage from Anna, she has such a calming presence and is brilliant at her job I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed this type of treatment is priceless, my only feedback would be to not have a ticking style clock in the room as it can distract you from the calming music - that is just my personal preference though, thank you so much

Rico was really knowledgeable and passionate to diagnose the issue I had with my back and work on a plan to resolve it. I feel a huge difference in my back after the treatment, and will be returning for routine massages to supplement my training in Jiu-Jitsu & running.

I had a lovely time getting an aromatherapy massage with Mia. She was so thorough and even focused on a particulary painful area on my shoulder which feels much better now! The atmosphere was very relaxing and I even ended up nodding off!

First time having a massage with Meesha, but I've known her for some time so I knew I was in safe hands (excuse the pun). I felt very relaxed afterwards and Meesha provided useful aftercare information. Just what I needed during a busy week. 100 percent recommend especially if you do aerial sports like I do.

Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.

Amazing massage.

I’ve recently been working with Rico on some pre massage stretching exercises etc so as to enhance the actual massage therapy. It’s really working well and I’m very pleased with the results. This gentleman is a ‘natural’ and authentic practitioner who puts the needs of his clients very much at the heart of a session. A very satisfied customer!

I had a microdermabrasion and scalp massage today with Anna. It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. I ve had quite a few beauty treatments recently but this was the best. She was so conscient

Just had an amazing Indian head massage with Aaron. Aaron was super friendly, professional and took time to explain the way he performs the treatment. The treatment room was very comfortable, and Aaron explained the different essential oils he was using. All round one of the best Indian head massages I’ve had and I would highly recommend.
