I recently had a Sports massage with Nev at Elite Massage & Recovery, it was a great experience. Nev worked on my neck, back, shoulders & arms, applying the perfect amount of pressure throughout the session. The atmosphere was relaxing followed by a soothing playlist that added to the overall comfort. Nev was exceptionally personable and made me feel at ease from start to finish. Not only did I enjoy one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a while, but Nev also provided valuable advice to help with my ongoing recovery. Highly recommend Nev to help anyone looking for a sports massage!

I love this salon. I use most of the services here. Biab nails, toes, hair, facials, massages. Services are bang on! Customer service is invaluable all the girls are friendly professional and knowledgeable, I see the girls as family friends. The salon its self is warm, inviting and homely. Nature indoors just relaxing and comfortable taking me away from life and just enjoying self care ❤️

I had an hour long deep tissue massage and it was fantastic, I feel so light and relaxed after it. I was welcomed and made to feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. A range of massaging techniques were used to ease up my tight muscles. The atmosphere was really calming with meditative music playing and the special thai herbal oils used smelled amazing. I thoroughly recommend the experience to anyone!

Claire is a master at what she does. Relaxed and laidback, you will not regret attending one of Claire's sessions. It is not an understatement to say it has changed my life, and I am certainly much calmer having done it. Would definitely recommend and hoping to visit again soon for a peaceful top-up.

He is incredibly knowledgable, he tailored the treatment to my specific needs and was chatting me through what he was he was doing and why throughout the massage. I have been a client of Neville’s for a while now having sports massages which have always been fantastic. He saved me from chronic back pain after having my twins and also taught me how to activate my glutes in order to further help my back. After having surgery recently I was advised by my surgeon the importance of manual lymphatic drainage. I of course chose Neville for this and once again he has been fantastic, reducing my swelling and breaking down all the scar tissue that my body had created. I have had many massages throughout my life but since finding Neville I won’t use anyone else!

First time visiting Nev for a sports massage and it was such a nice experience! Nev listened to the issues I had and concentrated on the areas I asked. Will definitely be returning!
