An extremely relaxing massage that helped release the tension that I had been feeling in my back and shoulders. I slept really well afterwards.

Mel my treatment was truly blissful. Your suggestion of trying something different was amazing. Just what I needed. Back massage and arms,neck,head & face loved it all, and the aromatherapy oils were lovely. The Reiki I always enjoy but this time it transported me to have strength and confidence again. Released alot of anxiety. I recommend Mel to everyone I know. I will be back again soon. To all that haven't tried this you really must do it. Steph x

Today after my shoulders, back and neck aching from alot of present wrapping, I knew I needed them working on, but I also wanted some relaxation too. Reya listened to what I wanted and once she started working on me she knew exactly what was needed. There was exactly the right pressure on my back/shoulders to release the tension and she incorporated a mini Indian head massage with it, which was just heaven. I’ve come away with no pain in my neck or shoulders and feel totally relaxed just in time for Christmas. Thank you Reya, that was the perfect combination.

Reya listened to my problems, gave me advice and was lovely. The sports massage was great and has helped no end. The location is great and the treatment room lovely and cosy. As a bonus there's a coffee shop next door too!

I've had problems with my neck, shoulders and arms for many years. I've tried osteopaths and chiropractors, Thai massage and NHS physio. Mel has been the best I've found for my issues which are improving over time. It's a very relaxing pamper session, but also works on a much deeper level. Can be painful at times of course, but never excruciating or long lasting. Highly recommended
