Had my first massage with Sophie today after asking for a voucher for my birthday. It was amazing. She asked what pressure I wanted and told her the firmer the better and she really went to town. Plenty other places I’ve been before have felt like a tickle in comparison but she really made a difference. I could genuinely feel the knots disappearing from my shoulders. She made a point of asking about what is my dominant side for carrying my baby and seemed to pay extra attention to those areas affected from carrying and feeding a baby. 10/10 massage, would 100% recommend and will be back.

I had a full body massage with Julia today. It was exactly what I needed. All the tension and stress is gone. The back massage was the perfect amount of pressure. I didn't realise how tight my calves were but after a good massage the knots are gone and I feel lovely and relaxed. Thanks Julia

I moved here two years ago and have been searching for a good massage. Thankfully I’ve found it at last. Also love the cupping as it really helps my muscles recover already booked my next appointment

I have had sports massages from many companies in the local area and have never found them particularly helpful. That is until I discovered in good hands. Charlotte is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Following a brief consultation about my areas of concern, she immediately concentrated on addressing them. After the full body MOT, I felt rejuvenated. That night I had the best sleep I have had in a long time and the next day I felt considerably more limber. I visit in good hands at least once a month and would recommend their services to anyone.
