I have a facial lymphatic drainage massage and then a scalp massage.. everything is gorgeous, the warm room, the relaxing music and Rachel’s massages are absolutely wonderful .. I am now a regular and after my neck and lower face lift the massages make a huge difference to the swelling, pain , numbness and puffiness !! I am hooked 😊😊😊

The best massage I have experienced (and I’ve had a fair few) Rachel was friendly, brilliant at what she does and explains everything she is doing with what aftercare you may need. Would absolutely recommend!

Jira really understands the human body and how to help fix it. I’m suffering with a lower back injury at the moment which causes terrible nerve pain. Jira provided a therapeutic massage and stretched out different muscles which has worked wonders in taking the strain off my lower back and provided huge relief from the pain. I was scared to have anyone touch my back initially, but I needn’t have been with Jira as she took me through the physiology of the problem I was experiencing (using human anatomy charts) and was incredibly careful during the massage. I can’t recommend her enough.

Best massage place in Newport! I had a 60 minute Massage with the lovely Bel and I wish I could give higher than 5 stars! The massage itself was amazing due to her being able to relax me while getting out tough knots and calming stress areas while making me feel very comfortable and tranquil 10/10 recommend xx
