I've recently had some corrective work on my face from overfilling and Lucyanne was so incredibly kind and professional. She talked through my options with absolutely no pressure to proceed with treatment, explaining how they worked with my skin in a way I could understand. I was so impressed when she used an ultrasound machine to detect the filler in my face - this made me feel so reassured that she would be able to target my problem areas accurately - and she did just that! Her clinic is in such a great location, it is so welcoming and the treatment room is private, clean, and safe.

My first pregnancy massage with Jackie and it was absolute bliss! It was the perfect combination of soothing relaxation and gentle relief of aches and pains. Jackie's exceptional knowledge of the body was abundantly clear, as she skillfully worked around me and bump; all the time checking me for comfort. I felt in very safe hands and almost fell asleep, which is unheard of for me! Baby was swimming away during the massage too, so that's a definite thumbs up from us both and I can't wait for my next appointment! Thank you Jackie Xx

I was completely worried at first as I've had my lips done with someone in norwich and you have to be careful who you go to so after I read the reviews on illusion and then been recommend I thought why not try and I can honestly say I've had the best experience Lucy was so friendly talking to me about the whole experience what she will be doing then I felt alot of ease also went through all the aftercare aswell even Lucy message later on evening to see how my lips are I would 100 per cent will go again and would highly recommend Lucy

I had a great session with Jackie yesterday. She is really knowledgeable and when I explain the trouble I’m having she knows exactly what to do to bring pain relief and get me moving again. I’ve had deep tissue and sports massage several times over the years but never have I been to someone as skilful and dedicated as Jackie is.
