I've been seeing Fiona for a number of years. Initially we were trying to help me meet a specific exercise goal by improving my mobility, but since then she's continued to help me address regular niggles as well as rehabilitating some longer-term injuries. I always feel better and move more freely after I've visited her for a massage. It's always a pleasure to see her and my husband has now also started having appointments to help with his back pain.

I’ve been to Ashleigh for a while and she’s absolutely brilliant- today I went and got massaged by Shannon! and she’s just equally amazing! The Japanese Head Spa was incredible and I would definitely recommend it. Everyone was really lovely on arrival and the atmosphere was super peaceful. There was a range of massages and different techniques used which made the experience really unique. My hair smells and feels amazing, and I feel very relaxed. Also, the chai tea at the end was a lovely touch. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely fantastic. I came in with two pinched nerves and disgustingly tight shoulders and after my massage the pain is gone! I booked a back massage /facial combo . Chris who did my massage is amazing , he asked what my pressure preference was which I asked for medium pressure . Absolutely fantastic, the best massage I have ever had and it was so enjoyable as sometimes I end up in pain. The facial was amazing as always . Chris has healing hands .
