Really great. Gus is easy to talk to and makes you feel relaxed. Always gives great knowledge of the problems you have and gives the problem areas a good deep massage. Always feel better on leaving

This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. Alisha is amazing, she is welcoming, kind, and really informative, she puts you at ease straight away. Getting to know you and your injuries or concerns that you have. She provides not only great massage but advice and infomation which will help your recovery or maintainance including stretches and exercises. She talks you through everything including the massage process and the techniques which she uses such as cupping. I would highly recommend Alisha

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!
