Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The techniques used are different to a standard massage at a salon or spa. It’s obvious Mukti knows exactly what she is doing. She can find tension you didn’t even know was there! If you want relaxation and to really get to the route of any aches and pains then this is the place to go.

This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. She provides not only great massage but advice and infomation which will help your recovery or maintainance including stretches and exercises. I have been visiting Alisha for quite a while now, and every session has been spot on, I train Muay Thai witch is quite taxing on your body, I struggled quite abit with my flexibility/ mobility, and already I am starting to see the benefits from deep tissue massage in such a short amount of time! Everything is done very professionally and made sure you know what’s happening and why, I honestly couldn’t recommend enough !

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!
