I just absolutely love my massages with steph! From start to finish it’s just so relaxing and calming! I never want it to end! I’ve had a stressful couple of weeks and could feel it all in my neck and back and I feel so much more relaxed and loose after my massage. She’s just amazing at what she does! I’d never want to go anywhere else 😍

I have been going to see Stephanie at Apple yard for around 12 months now , initially with lower back pain, which needless to say has improved 100% since going. I visited Apple Lodge on my regular monthly slot, which I always look forward to to help with my back problems, which I rarely have anymore since visiting Apple Lodge I have been going now for a round eight months once a month and I don’t have back problems anymore. Sometimes they creep back in again as I get a bit lazy with doing my exercises this weekend I went on a five hour bike ride which gave stiff in the lower back …after today’s treatment. All the stiffness has gone and I’m back to 100% mobility movement thanks Stephanie always a pleasure and a treat
