I went for an Indian head massage today and it was super relaxing. Suzanne explained everything before of what to expect and how to prepare. She is very good at what she does. Very professional and friendly at the same time.

Had sports injury massage for pulled muscle in lower back.It was painful,as expected, but Sandra knew exactly where to work on it.and kept checking that the pressure was OK for her to continue. Instantly feels looser. Thankyou.

Had a medium pressure Swedish full body massage. It was needed for tight painful muscles to be released. Sandra worked really hard but by the time she had finished the muscles had relaxed and so had I. Def recommend but remember no pain no gain👍
