My first visit to Lauren for a back, neck and shoulder massage and won't be my last! Was asked if I had any niggles etc then led into the treatment room to prepare. The room was very calming, scented , and comfortable with the surprise of a heated under blanket 😌 The massage was very good and felt extremely relaxed afterwards, think I may have dropped off 😴 Would definitely recommend, thank you Lauren, I'll be back 😔

I had another great massage with Lauren a few days ago; very deep and releasing. Lauren has an intuitive approach to her work which I find really nourishing and she creates a warm, safe and inviting space where she gives her treatments. I always look forward to having a massage with Lauren.

Anna is a really friendly person. We had a relaxed chat before my massage so that she knew the areas I was having issues with. She also found a few more areas. Massage itself was really good - not too firm. Will be going back for sure, and to see her for reflexology
