I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

Having put up with pain in my Achilles, lower back and shoulder for years it was such a relief to have these taken away with a combination of acupuncture, manipulation and massage and to realise I could be pain free! Deven is knowledgeable, professional and, with her holistic approach, genuinely cares about getting her clients back on track to full health and fitness.

Great support, I had a shoulder injury, the exercises recommend improved my mobility and within 3 weeks I was able to go back mountain biking as usual. This was almost after 5 maybe nths of trying different massage, other physio with no success. I had exercises and acupuncture session, which really helped.
