I had a great experience at Urban Spa. The space is really nice with lots of thoughtful details that made it feel calm and welcoming. I had a back massage and an Indian head massage, both of which were really relaxing. I’d definitely recommend!

The new venue is beautiful. You can see how much thought and hard work has gone into it. Hannah was really friendly and made me feel so welcome, as always. She gave me the most fantastic back massage and facial. I felt so relaxed and pampered, I could have gone to sleep. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I had an amazing full body massage with Jen whic was the perfect way to wrap up my Christmas break. From start to finish, Jen’s skill and attentiveness were truly exceptional. She was able to apply just the right amount of pressure—firm where needed, yet gentle and relaxing in other areas. It was evident she really listened to my body and adjusted her technique accordingly. The new location was also fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and with a serene atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease the moment I walked in. It felt like a personal retreat, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed.

Satisfied customer! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed and pampered. Not to mention the room had a cosy feel to it and was warm. Ashley was professional and attentive, ensuring the pressure was perfect throughout the session. I had a luxury dermaplane (my 1st time) My skin felt rejuvenated and incredibly smooth afterward. The facial massage not only helped with tension relief but also gave my skin a healthy, radiant glow. I left feeling refreshed and glowing! Highly recommend Ashley for facial treatments.

I have been seeing Deven since 2017 and I can honestly say she has changed my life! Having put up with pain in my Achilles, lower back and shoulder for years it was such a relief to have these taken away with a combination of acupuncture, manipulation and massage and to realise I could be pain free! Deven is knowledgeable, professional and, with her holistic approach, genuinely cares about getting her clients back on track to full health and fitness.

Not your standard, run-of-the-mill facial. This was a whole experience! I had the “Cinderella”: double cleanse, steam, tone, extractions, aha skin booster, enzyme peel, mask - the works! My favourite part was the ice globes, I could have had an hour of those alone! Not to mention the massage! 💆🏼‍♀️ I LOVE that eye cream/SPF is applied afterwards aswell. That’s how I know Ashley knows her stuff. My skin looks gorgeous & I feel like I’ve had a proper pamper. Much needed in the hectic, busy life I lead. A beautiful environment & a beautiful treatment. I visit Therapies First quite regularly and always have the best experience! I've had everything from Lash Lifts to Reflexology and Massage and the treatment and service is always fantastic. I've been to other places in the area and I always come back to Liisa because the results are always second to none. Cannot recommend Liisa enough and I look forward to my next visit 💛
