I had a great experience at Urban Spa. The space is really nice with lots of thoughtful details that made it feel calm and welcoming. I had a back massage and an Indian head massage, both of which were really relaxing. I’d definitely recommend!

The new venue is beautiful. You can see how much thought and hard work has gone into it. Hannah was really friendly and made me feel so welcome, as always. She gave me the most fantastic back massage and facial. I felt so relaxed and pampered, I could have gone to sleep. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I had an amazing full body massage with Jen whic was the perfect way to wrap up my Christmas break. From start to finish, Jen’s skill and attentiveness were truly exceptional. She was able to apply just the right amount of pressure—firm where needed, yet gentle and relaxing in other areas. It was evident she really listened to my body and adjusted her technique accordingly. The new location was also fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and with a serene atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease the moment I walked in. It felt like a personal retreat, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed.

Excellent session with Gareth, problem with my hip was diagnosed then had a good massage session stretching the muscle in question. Detailed follow up exercises emailed to me after the session.

Not your standard, run-of-the-mill facial. This was a whole experience! I had the “Cinderella”: double cleanse, steam, tone, extractions, aha skin booster, enzyme peel, mask - the works! My favourite part was the ice globes, I could have had an hour of those alone! Not to mention the massage! 💆🏼‍♀️ I LOVE that eye cream/SPF is applied afterwards aswell. That’s how I know Ashley knows her stuff. My skin looks gorgeous & I feel like I’ve had a proper pamper. Much needed in the hectic, busy life I lead. A beautiful environment & a beautiful treatment. Great massage on tired stiff legs

I visit Therapies First quite regularly and always have the best experience! I've had everything from Lash Lifts to Reflexology and Massage and the treatment and service is always fantastic. I've been to other places in the area and I always come back to Liisa because the results are always second to none. Cannot recommend Liisa enough and I look forward to my next visit 💛

Great support, I had a shoulder injury, the exercises recommend improved my mobility and within 3 weeks I was able to go back mountain biking as usual. This was almost after 5 maybe nths of trying different massage, other physio with no success. I had exercises and acupuncture session, which really helped.

I had a deep tissue massage which was fantastic. A few hours later and I have a shoulder that isn't constantly aching. I need more treatments due to an accident but I can highly recommend the 45 minute session. The staff are very friendly and excellent at their work. I was put at ease with Lauren who is able to pin point the area immediately. A 10/10 service that will benefit my shoulder and arm. Thanks
