Sasha was wonderful. My first sports massage and I felt very comfortable. She’s clearly very knowledgeable. I had no specific injuries but plan to go regularly to help keep my body ticking over nicely!

Second visit to see Sasha for a full body sports massage. She is very professional and very knowledgeable about the anatomy. I always feel welcome and she always listens to the issues I’m having with my back and shoulders. Highly recommended. The premises is easy to find and with a lot of space for parking.

Great experience with new type of lymphatic drainage that I hadn't tried before. Rebecca explained the differences between a brazilian and regular lymphatic drainage and it really felt differently,I felt lighter within an hour,she took before and after photos and the difference was quite visible. She is lovely,polite and brilliant at her job. Highly recommend,will be back soon
