Went in not with very little knowledge about my aches and pains, straight away Miles noticed things I didn’t realise and explained it to me. He is highly knowledgable and relates everything and explains it all, I highly recommend him to anyone, even if you don’t feel like you need it!

I have been struggling with pains in my legs and back for a while and Miles took the time to not only help me with this through massage therapy but to explain to me in detail what could be contributing to this in my everyday life. After just one session I feel not only so much better in the areas we worked on but understanding where this could be happening and what I could do to help mitigate these pains in my everyday life.

Booked in for a session to get help for the pain in my shins. Miles gave me all the info about my pains and stuff I can do in my own time. The massage exactly what I needed to relieve the pain. Would 100% recommend to anyone with pains or small niggles.

I’ve seen a number of sports therapists before but Miles subject knowledge was first class. I felt he listened and considered all of my lifestyle factors to inform the session. Wonderful maintenance massage. Would absolutely recommend!

Miles was approachable, knowledgable and welcoming to the appointment. Even though it was extremely warm he accommodated the room perfectly. I felt completely relaxed with a lot less tensions after my massage and cupping. He knew I was a little anxious about the cupping but took things really slowly. I have also received follow up advice and stretches which I will be using until my next appointment. Thanks Miles!
