I had a deep tissue massage, I was at the end of having a cold and Lucy did a special blend of essential oils, black pepper, ginger and eucalyptus, it helped me feel relaxed and better. Kasy is very experienced and really knows her stuff. She worked her way through my many knots relieving a lot of tension especially in my back and legs.
