Az is so caring and an expert in her field. She uses her experience to provide the best for her clients. She listens carefully and has helped me with tight shoulders, lower back pain, sciatica and hand injury to keeping my muscles well maintained with deep tissue sports massages-( thank you Hugo and Az) and acupuncture! I will see you both next week.

Lesley made me feel very comfortable and was really informative. Definitely put me at ease. The only downside was the room was a little cold to start with but warmed during the treatment

i went yesterday for Acupuncure and massage. I am suffering from Sciatica. My leg isn;t as stiff as it was and I managed to get some sleep last night for the 1st time in a week. Aze and Hugo are lovely, vwey welcoming and seem very professional & Knowledgeable. Would reccomend giving them a try!
