Primrose was amazing at knowing what my body needed, in terms of my muscle tightness due to my exercise regime. She gave a good balance of focussing on the key ‘knots’ as well as a quiet relaxation massage. Highly recommend

Sharika was lovely and accepted my very last minute appointment request due to someone else cancelling on me last minute. She agreed to top up my brows despite it not being her work (my previous brow lady moved to Birmingham) and did a fantastic and thorough job. Instead of my regular sports massage, I booked a 1-1 PT session with Claire. She has developed a strength/rehabilitation programme for my hip. I have just had my first session and was amazed that my good side was so much weaker. I will use the programme daily alongside my current training and hopefully this will delay hip replacement. Just waiting for a regular PT slot to come available. I would definitely recommend,Claire, she certainly knows her stuff 😀

Got a discomfort in lower back- muscular localised pain. Claire attentively listened and focused sports massage in and around the area of discomfort. Adjusts pressure appropriately. Now feeling a lot better and given further advice when appointment finished. Wilk go back again 👌
