I had experiencing muscle soreness in my biceps and forearms for the last 3 days from exercise that I could not straighten my arms. It was particularly sore in the joint part. I booked in to get a massage and I am very glad I did. I left feeling better, more relaxed and I am not as sore. Appointment ran on time.

I had an amazing 90 minute deep tissue massage with Bala. He was professional, polite and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was very knowledgeable and loosened a lot of the tightness in my muscles so my body felt much better afterwards. His clinic was easy to find and welcoming and had a relaxing ambiance. Highly recommend him to any one wanting a massage.
