Tacha is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. 3.5 years under her professional expertise and knowledge helped my recovery from an injury. A waka ama competitor for 8 years pre COVID, post COVID I lost ROM to the L) shoulder/arm and had a tingling sensation down to the fingers. I am back to what I do best which is nursing and doing FIFO booking Tacha each time I return :). Nga mihi Tacha :)

Always a treat getting a massage from Lily. Having regular massages with her has helped me walk much better having suffered from arthritis for years with my knee. Greatly helped with hip, back and neck pain as well. Circulation is so much better.

Great massage by Saranya, lots of stretching and fixed all the aches and pains I went in with. Parking right outside, no stress. Clear communication and Saranya took note and worked on my pain/problem areas. Pressure was as requested and I would give EXCELLENT 6 STARS if possible. Even left with some exercises/stretches to do at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Sarah is absolutely amazing! I started seeing Sarah over a year ago when I was told I wouldn't get any better than I was at that time. Well boy did Sarah proved them wrong thats for sure. I no longer need an ankle brace just to walk and I'm no longer in constant pain like I was! Sarah knows my body better than I do and offers excercises to do at home to further strengthen my ankle. I then broke 3 ribs which was no problem for Sarah she just adapted the massage she gave me complete confidence in her work! She really knows her stuff - I honestly wouldn't trust anybody else near my ankle/ribs!
