I know a lot of massage techniques, & many have their advantages. Nuno was fantastic. He clearly knows exactly what he was doing, a true professional and very caring. I booked a Deep Tissue Massage and Nuno included some energy work and reflexology to help me with my shoulder. He left me with some tips on how to improve my shoulder over time. Incredible. I went to meet Nuno for a massage at his place, as I do several times a year. The space was prepared in detail, very clean space, comfortable ambience, quiet and even the smell was inviting to relax. Then the actual massage: somehow Nuno connects to my pain, discomfort or stress, whatever brings me to him. In his hands, healing always happens with me. I leave calmer, more confident and with my body feeling light. Thank you Nuno, again and again.

We had the most amazing and beautiful experience with Nuno! He was so sweet and kind and brought his calming energy to our space immediately. We had a group of 10 and he did the sound therapy session with us. The sounds were amazing and the vibrations were healing and magical. Everyone was so happy and felt so good afterwards and we all truly enjoyed it. I would recommend this experience to anyone who was thinking of it and Nuno is definitely the right person to do it with. We will definitely book massages as well the next time we are back :). Lomi massage with Adrian was an educational experience. Adrian explained the Hawaii Lomi massage method well. I never had a lomi lomi nui massage before and had no expectations other than I wanted to be relaxed after the 1.5h session. Adrian is such a nice and gentle soul. He explained everything to me before we started and throughout the session I felt well taken care of and respected. It was amazing! I was so relaxed afterwards and connected with my body, which felt like a nice bubble to me as someone who is thinking a lot and therefore I'm mostly in my mind. I loved it so much, I went one more time before I left São Miguel. I can absolutely recommend Adrian and wish him all the best :)

I was blocked & with a lot of pain in my shoulder & hip area. the two hour treatment/ massage was perfect. I told him which parts are painful and he absolutely nailed them.
