Mitch is incredible! He’s truly next level! I put my body through a lot, at work, at the gym, at home. He was able to use his special techniques to loosen up literally years of pent up stress. Muscles that were no longer contracting because they were too tight. He found spots I didn’t even know I had! My session was unlike any massage I’ve ever had. It’s truly more body work, where’s he able to get into those adhesions and break up any fascia that’s needed. It was also my first time cupping…WOW! I left floating, my body/mind were in euphoria!! Cried in my car because I felt so good!! The BEST!

MMT is the BEST in town! I used to be a spa girl, but their massages did nothing for my TMJ, neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, and sciatic pain. I love to rock climb and weight lift, but I neglected this part of my health for too long. If you're an active person and/or someone with chronic pain, stretching isn't enough. Mitch will help you find the source of the issue and work on it. This experience is not for the faint of heart, but you will be so happy you did it!
