Tim is a master in what he does. While massaging he explains every muscle that he is touching and where they all link. I go see him when I need something fixed. Truly magical. Best sports massage that I have ever had!!!

Honestly the best massage I have ever had! Tim was able to address a nerve issue and I'm feeling so much better and have increased mobility after just one session. Best massage experience ever! Maybe it had more to do with where I'm at in life, but who cares! They welcomed me professionally but not impersonally. The entire XCAL environment was clean, upbeat, and organized. The massage room was peaceful but not over the top. Erica gave me exactly what I needed. I came in with a slight headache, a year since my second divorce, and up since 3am (though I didn't tell her any of that, just said I wanted to relax) . She released stored up emotions in my body, and even took time after the massage to discuss continued self care. Worth every penny!
