Arno really goes the extra mile to get you fully relaxed during the session and you leave without any pain. I had some new stress knots in my back and neck, but he was very thorough in working them out. He has knowledge about numerous topics and lots of interesting stories, so you won't feel bored for even a second during the massage. Will absolutely recommend to anyone and most certainly be back for more visits.

Dr Oxana does an amazing job - Buccal massage has helped me ease my jaw tension, treat my chronic headaches and improve my sleep. Highly recommended if you suffer with tension, headaches, teeth grinding or stiff jaw muscles.

I just had an incredible deep tissue massage focused on my neck, shoulders and back with Kellie and I can’t recommend her highly enough! Her hands worked magic - I came in with a lot of pain and tension and left feeling completely relieved and relaxed. Kellie’s expertise, care and attention to detail were exceptional. As this was my first massage experience, I felt very greatful that Arno made me feel relaxed and at ease from the get go. He answered all my questions and explained the process thoroughly, which I appreciated a lot. He even gave me advice for some treatments I can try at home to ease tension in between appointments. Arno had a lot of patience with me when I was unsure of a position or still a bit tensed up, but all of this helped in making me feel like a new person when the massage was over. I would highly recommend him to friends, family and anyone interested. This was the first of many.

I was lucky to experience a Swedish body massage with Pearl and she did an amzing job and I felt great after it. The only thing I was missing a bit was the "typical wellness and spa atmosphere" that -especially me- helps to calm down, relax and makes a massage wholesome for me. (Like a decorated room, warm colors, some scent, etc.) But as the massage was good, I would go there anytime again.

Small issues using Fresha but you can What’s App and they get back to you quickly. A great find in Cape Town. More Massage will sooth tired and sore muscles while also relaxing your mind.
