Sonya has a very nice customer service approach and was very attentive to what I requested. Her personality lends herself to this kind of work. Even though it was her first day, she did a great job considering she wasn't closely monitored by a supervisor. I would expect however, for her introduce herself to the customer at the beginning of the session9perhaps it was nerves as I was her first client). I would have expected that the supervisor would have guided her more closely at the start of the nailpolish application process. A lovely young woman beginning a new career. I would go back.

I definitely recommend coming here and getting all services done. Eyelashes and nails looked beautiful!!! Customer service is exceptional, We had such a great experience with Annie.. so sweet and kind! We are satisfied as well. Thank you Annie looking forward to booking my next appointment :)

Today was one of the best experiences l have had at a beauty salon ,my daughter had eye lash extensions looked amazing and l had my nails done ,but the girls proceeded to do my cuticles first and prepare my nails before putting on my tips,instead of just glueing them on and buffed edges followed by cuticle oil at the end and a hand massage .,best service ever .🤩

This nail salon is simply the best! Everything is so well-organised, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their expertise truly exceed my expectations. Both my acrylic nail set and pedicure turned out exactly how I wanted them. I’ll definitely coming back here again, and I highly recommend it to others.

Miss judge this place by its size. Hidden in a corner of Narre warren is a little beauty salon that is big on customer satisfaction. Neda greets you at the door and explains your treatments and how they will be taking place. That why you are both on the same page. Never before have I had a beautician apologies for waxing going hurt!! Her attention to detail is amazing. Everything is sterilised and you see it come out of the packets. I can say you are not just a money maker for these girls you are a client. I will definitely be going back. My nails have never looked so good.
