Emma was brilliant, she really put me at ease as I was a bit nervous, after having not a great experience at a previous salon. She was interested in what design I wanted and was happy to help achieve this. She helped me make a final decision on the design and gave me some great ideas for next time. I'm really looking forward to what she will do for Christmas nails with the magnetic polish.

Amazing visit this morning for a luxury facial massage, after having had my nails done. Alex managed to release a huge amount of stress in my head neck & shoulders whilst giving an incredible facial massage with super kind & aromatic Tropic products. Am feeling so much better. Relaxed & calm & ready to face the rest of week. About to book my next one in as so important for my wellbeing and helps with my lymphatic system system & for me , my pain. Can’t recommend highly enough the whole range of services from The Beauty Lounge byAlex- 1st class service to treat yourself, thank you ☺️

My first visit yesterday after booking with Lisa at LM Beauty Bar after she came very highly recommended. Wonderful salon, great customer experience, relaxing and enjoyable appointment and more importantly my nails look INCREDIBLE! Another fabulous appointment with Alex, this time looking after my nails again. 5 weeks since Alex did the last Shellac manicure, that still looked superb, nails have been sorted, shallac removed, cuticles & nails trimmed tidied ‘fed, new colour applied and a lovely relaxing hand & arm massage. Hands feeling & looking wonderful. Such an amazing ‘me-time’ experience & I know I’m being really well looked after. Next 3 appointments also booked in. Highly recommend “The Beauty Lounge by Alex” - a peaceful, spotlessly clean environment with a great warm welcome every visit.

I'm 8 weeks post surgery. My nails haven't been happy since having to have the gels removed beforehand they have become soft and feel like them are turning up. Jaye applied a tougher gel on the free edge today, and my nails already look and feel better. I can not recommend Jaye enough. She is genuinely the best nail tech. She always knows what my nails need and works to give me the best experience.

Abbie very good and efficient as always. Biab nails today, done under the new lamp. No burn. Much better for biab than the old lamps. More of these please for when the other girls start doing biab nails, makes the session more relaxed and comfortable.
