We came today for the first time to have our acrylic nails removed that we had done somewhere else. One of my nails was incredibly sore and I mentioned this to Issie before she started, She was so careful and very gentle especially with my sore finger to find that my own nail underneath had spilt across my nail and this was why I was having a lot of pain. Issie was very friendly and we were chatting and laughing the whole time as if we had been lots of times and this made us feel very welcome. We have already booked our next appointment to go back and have another nail treatment with Issie.

Just got back from Vitality Lounge, had my nails done by Chris very professional and such a lovely gentleman, knows exactly what he’s doing, recommend him 100%, rebooked for March, Thankyou Chris I love my nails 💅

On entering the Vitality Lounge I was made most welcome and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I had two treatments booked today, a nail gel manicure and eyebrow waxing. My manicure was very thorough and very relaxing, Chris made me feel very comfortable and I felt very pampered. Will definitely be making a regular booking for my nails and will try some other treatments also.

This salon is under new ownership and is excellent. All the staff were friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the pampering. Their standard of hygiene is very high. A huge shout out to Issie who was a delight. I am recovering from cancer and the treatment has wrecked my nails (coupled with a house move) but Issie promised to make them pretty again and boy, she did. Issie has qualified medical experience in addition to her being a qualified beautician which gave me complete confidence in her. I am literally in the area for only a day otherwise I would be a regular at this salon.
