I came to Kiki’s after getting BIAB at a different salon. Thank goodness for Grace. I explained how my nails were feeling so weak after being over filed with an electric file. She reassured me and got a new set done and she answered my questions about care etc. This time my BIAB looked great, and loved the colour. So I came back today for my infills and again Grace was fab. Great work and lovely conversation. Will be coming back to Kiki’s from now on 😀

Layla is the best nail tech in Southampton! She is so good with her designs and work, and is so friendly and kind. She always makes me feel so relaxed, and I am always leaving the salon happy.

Lucy is THE BEST. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her nail salon is comfy, cosy and calm and the room always smells gorgeous. I love relaxing and listening to music or chatting while I have my nails done. My little monthly self-care pamper treat. Lucy looks after her clients too, providing complimentary drinks and snacks! Another really great set from Layla. Layla always smashes it out the park with nails and I can’t imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else. Such a great price for the incredibly high quality too, and always lovely conversation. Definitely recommend!

It was my 3rd visit at Buff Nails. Lucy is great, always welcoming, drinks on arrival are a nice touch. As for the nails ...well, I do BIAB and my nails last very long without any chips or splits. Verity of colours to choose from. I love Lucy's home garden studio:))

Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

My favourite part of self care is getting my nails done with Armani! Had my nails done with the valentines theme and have had many compliments on them at work! (Work in retail) Always have such a laugh and my nails are always better than I expect as so much care is taken with them! Looking forward to what we will do next!

I just had my first appointment with Lucy at Buff Nails for Hard Gel nails, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lucy is absolutely lovely and welcoming, making me a cuppa as soon as I arrived. The salon is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and has an amazing selection of colours to choose from. Lucy really took her time pampering my hands, not just painting my nails. My nails look stunning! As a first-time customer, I even received a lovely free cuticle oil with a choice of fragrances, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a 5-star experience – I couldn’t be happier
