I’ve been having my nails and brows done by Rebecca now since 2022. She does such an amazing job, and her nail art is perfection. Rebecca is so easy to chat to and always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone x

When I walk out of Leanne’s salon I always think ‘how the hell will she ever top these’. Every time. I think that every. single. time. These are no exception. My last set were my favourite ever. Until these. I sent a mood board and ideas and I *love* how excited Leanne was to draw up some ideas. Everything from the length and shape to the colours are exactly what I couldn’t imagine for myself - she’s a creative genius! AND they stay put for weeeeeeeeks! 🥰🥰🥰

It's a shame you can't score more than 5 stars, this salon is honestly the best I have ever been too with staff super friendly ,I never go in with any design in mind and every time liz smashes my nails out the park with the design she does they are always amazing enter as a client leave as part of the family,a super chilled out salon with amazing staff and reasonable prices and always 10 out of 10 treatments ♥️♥️♥️🔥🔥🔥

Katie is really amazing she does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and she is amazing at doing nails.

It was my daughters first visit and she was nervous but Lara was welcoming and made her feel relaxed. Lara did acrylica nails and the design she wanted and did an amazing job. Thank you. Highly recommend!

My first time visiting the salon for a perm. Made to feel welcome, lovely head rub when washing my hair, all whilst sitting in the massage chair. Was a lovely experience. I asked for a tighter perm and that's what I got. I will be returning for future perms. Thank you ❤️

Best nail tech in stoke!!! Katie is lovely and very accommodating 🫶🏻 I started my biab nail journey in January 2025 and 4 months later they are growing amazingly. Working within a supermarket i was always knocking and breaking a nail however since my Biab journey this no longer happens.

First time going to the salon with my daughter who is 4 with very curly hair , it was only her 2nd cut ever , I'd expressed to naheed my hesitation of getting it cut as her first cut she lost alot of length. So I didn't trust anyone with her hair , but naheed listened and cut very little,and no length was lost at all ,but her hair looked fresh and healthy from the little that was cut. I loved it and so did my baby. Will definitely be back for her next trim !

Becky is THE best nail artist there is! I love going to have my nails done with her because she is so accurate and detailed! Becky has so many options including the huge amount of colours and there is no one as good as she is at nail art! The salon is so comfortable and it’s a genuine pleasure to attend! I can’t recommend Shape & Gloss enough!
