I had a wonderful experience at this salon! The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, and the ladies were all incredibly kind and welcoming. I treated myself to both a massage and a hair appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Highly recommend!

I do nails with Adina since December 2022. Her work is beautiful, safe, and clean. She is very caring and nice too. Ritual location is great and the salon is very clean and the receptionist Reem is professional too.

I, for the third time in a row, booked manicure with a specific employee. When I come to the salon, it’s a different staff than the one I picked & scheduled my break around🤷🏻‍♀️ It happened 3 times and I think this is more than enough reason to stop coming. I got lucky with a good employee, but that is not the point of hit & miss as the previous visit my nails were not what i expected coming to gloss’d. I used to love the place but not anymore. Best of luck

One of oldest and best salons in town Tracy very professional But the salon need improvement The Price vs quality is too high When I asked for hair powder they don’t have and Red nail polish!! Hope they make our next visit superb and outstanding 😌

I had an amazing experience at Base Coat From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and was so helpful in scheduling my appointment and answering all my questions. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable right away. My nail tech was absolutely incredible so skilled and detail oriented! They took their time to ensure my nails were perfect and gave me exactly what I wanted. The whole process was relaxing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Last 2 times when I did my nails wasn’t great as always- she couldn’t do the color right and it was not good in the corners- I like the salon and the amazing staff but I was not happy about the finishing touch.

Nice new place. I get my nails done it was a good experience she done them perfectly as i need them but for the one who did the pedicure wasn’t that professional unfortunately she cut my toes and took too long time doing them. Overall good salon I'll definitely come back again
