I recently relocated from Washington, DC and was VERY nervous about trying out a new salon, here, in Harrisburg, PA. To my surprise, I got one of the BEST haircuts I’ve ever had in my 32 years of life. I love Capital Cuts. Nathan always does a wonderful job with my color and cut. Highly recommend this Salon. John and Nathan are always professional , attentive and the Salon has a great atmosphere. Many products to choose from and gift shopping as well, from, hairspray to nail polish all hair products, jewelry , paintings, candles and so much more. I will never go anywhere else.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Capitol Cuts, all thanks to the incredible hairstylist who worked wonders on my daughter's hair! He not only highlighted and straightened her hair beautifully but also made her feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and expertise truly shone through, and the end result exceeded our expectations. The care and precision he put into his work was evident, and we left the salon with a big smile on our faces. It's not just about the amazing transformation but also the warm and friendly atmosphere he created.
