The salon itself is very large, clean, and beautifully decorated! I had an amazing pedicure and I feel like 60% of the time was spent on exfoliating and massaging my feet and calves. It was incredible! Jason did a phenomenal job on my toenails and I would have no hesitation returning again and even requesting Jason as my nail tech!

Katie blew me away with her work! The nails turned out better than I could have imagined. I showed her an inspo picture, but what she created far exceeded my expectations! Katie’s attention to detail, especially with the gems and designs, is unreal - She's like the Bob Ross of the nail world (cheesy I know lol but it's the truth!). If you're looking to get your nails done, especially if you want something a bit extra and unique, I highly recommend her. Plus the atmosphere was very welcoming, I prefer this than chain salons. Thank you so much, Katie! I love my nails and will definitely be back!

I recently visited the nail salon while my favorite technician (Maya) was on vacation and had the pleasure of working with Diane. She was incredibly thorough, professional, and polite throughout my appointment. Diane also checked in with me regularly to ensure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Her efficiency and attention to detail were really good. Diane proved to be an excellent alternative, and I left feeling very pleased with my nails. Highly recommend her services!

Always a great experience here. I've been to many nail salons in Westfield and this place has the best customer service and vibe. It's always decorated well, too. I see Sophie. She is so sweet and very meticulous. She genuinely cares about her work! Highly recommend.

I usually work with Devon ( who does an incredible job), but today I showed up extremely early and Dakota asked if I wanted to wait for Devon or go with her. I went with Dakota and was not at all disappointed! She took my super short nails and crazy toenails and turned out a beautiful French manicure and pedicure. This is my absolute favorite salon—I don’t go anywhere else! Now I have 2 ladies to choose from. Thank y’all! Keep up the excellent work❤️

Lanessa did a wonderful job fixing my nails from a previous salon and making them look amazing for my son's wedding - I will be back and highly recommend Certified Nails!

This was my first appointment with Katie and she did a fantastic job! I have visited this salon multiple times and I have always had a wonderful experience. Any design I have wanted on my nails the staff has been able to replicate perfectly.

I recently moved from out of town and had to find a new nail salon. My kids got me a gift card to epic nails I was very very happy with Erica and the holics experience

Sarah is great! Always has good ideas for something diff, very patient & has such a wonderful attitude. She can do just about anything when it comes to nail designs, techniques, diff products - as long as salon has them available. She takes excellent care of her clients. I highly recommend her.

Just relocated here and was looking for a good nail place. I went to two other places based on reviews and was not satisfied. This was really my last hope. So based on the reviews I decided to check this place out. Ryan did my nails and I must say I am completely at aww at how beautifully shaped and thin they are. I explained to him what I wanted, and he executed it perfectly. Tina did my pedicure she took her time and did a wonderful job. I have osteoarthritis, so it’s hard for me to move my left leg. She was very patient with me. I’m happy to say I have found a new salon in town.

Wonderful nail salon. Beautiful place, very clean. Jason gave me Gel X. They are perfect. He really took his time making sure everything was just right The fit is right, the polish is perfect, the shape and length is also exactly what I wanted. I got a pedicure a few weeks ago and he did a great job with that as well. This is definitely my new place for my fingers and toes!!
