This was my second time at this salon and I have no complaints. From checking in, to both mani and pedi, then payment, everyone was polite, kind, and helpful. Nail tech David went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my nails. The atmosphere at Cassia is relaxing and professional. I will not be going anywhere else!

Once again, I made sure to make my appointment with Chloe. She is so gentle, fast and kind. I think I finally found someone that I like for my nail appointments. It took a little bit after being at a different salon for over 15 years but Chloe is the best.

My first visit, 930a appt. At first it seemed chaotic w/ the check in process and picking a color, w/ so many clients booking on a Sat. morning. The regular customers were given preferential treatment. Fine, seems legit. Steven provided professional service and kept the chit chat to a minimum, which I prefer. The color I chose from"the basket" was not close to what was put on my nails. Whatever, it looks fine regardless. The mini hand massage & warm cloth was heavenly. My service was $45, $2 for paying w/ card and I tipped $10. I like that you can book online and will use this salon again.

I’ve been a client since Cassia opened. This time it was “good” not great only because the nail tech who did my pedicure-w/polish I brought from home-put it back in the salon stock. Took about ten minutes to find it. Also, she seated me for my manicure, but didn’t return or send someone else to do it. They got me started about 20 minutes. All good! Thanks for helping Sydney!
