It was my third session of the Ten Series. I'm booking the sessions approx. 3 week apart, which seems like an optimum schedule for me. In my experience, the effect of each session is not immediate, it starts to "kick in" a few days later, and brings numerous improvements that can be experienced for many weeks after. Just after two sessions I was feeling these positive changes accumulating. Rolfing is probably the most effective kind of body therapy that I ever had, and I just feel so lucky to discover the method that works really well for me personally. Thank you so much, Liam!

Rolfing is hard to come by, so I was excited to learn that Liam was practicing local to my new neighbourhood! My first session at Sequoia exceeded my expectations and I walked away feeling taller, more stable and comfortable in my body. If you haven’t experienced Rolfing before, I strongly recommend it! In my experience, nothing else compares (and I’ve tried a lot!).
