I had my first strength session with Andy today. He expertly targeted the areas I need to focus on to strengthen my knee joints. The session was tough - that's what I need! His approach is authoritative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly explained the correct practice for each exercise, giving me a variety of exercises I can do at home and in the gym.
